As Moon stated the Rodgers thing has been explained and he actually came out of the story looking like an even stronger character. Don't go throwing around titles like that without knowing the story at all.
As for Jay Cutler....he is known for having a great attitude in the dressing room and all his team mates like and respect him? If this wasn't coming from a Bears fan I'd assume someone was being sarcastic or the statement is just full of irony. I think his attitude has improved since he came to Chicago, a lot of his team mates have talked up his attitude this season, but he is hardly known for having a "great attitude" and all his team mates like him.
