You should move out of the NE.

I know a couple of very good contractors that could do this work, but they're booked through to middle of next year. I don't think you have that kind of time. But it'll take you a long time to fit into someone's schedule if they're any good.

Really, the job is pretty easy to do. Are you any kind of a handyman? If you own a house you probably have the skills required to hang a door. It's very simple.
