Besides, of the 16 incompletes Brady had, I say 6 were due to bad receiver drops, 6 were forced passes (groundings for the most part), and 4-5 were Brady's fault entirely. I for one don't fault Brady for the loss somewhat. Deion Branch is no longer the deep threat he once was, especially compared to Randy Moss, or the Jets wide receiver core (Holmes, and even Edwards). Welker, and Woodhead are both nice short yardage guys, but Brady rarely threw the deep ball.
At least Manning still had Reggie Wayne to throw to last week.
The pick Brady threw was pretty crushing though. The Pats drove the ball pretty well in the first quarter, but to only come out with a field goal was a huge blow. Even if they get to the half only down 14-10 they probably end up winning the game. The INT, and the drop by Crumpler caused them the game imo.

Brady had the better season of the two and I don't pin that loss on him, but you can't talk about that game and not mention his brutal clock management on that 4th quarter drive.
