Your acquaintence might want to check out ticketmaster if he/she doesn't mind sitting in the ulitmate fan zone. I know they were selling a ticket to Ottawa and to Nashville (on the 27th) for $45. I don't know if tickets are still available as I haven't checked the website since Saturday.
