CHRC is not a true court of law. They are a kangaroo court. They are not bound by the checks and balances that a REAL court of law would be under. They DO NOT go by the rule "Innocent until found guilt". There is no burden of proof with this kangaroo court. The accused is GUILTY...they just find out how much. 100% conviction rate!!
There are laws in this land that can deal with abuse of power and such. There is legal recourse for this. Obviously, his case was so nonexistent that he took it to the CHRC.
