Jabbar had more career points than all of those guys combined. He was a huge draw for the public and helped sell out plenty of games. It was definitely not fair value. Would they make the trade if Jabbar never demanded it? More importantly, would you make that trade if you were GM?

It was a bad trade, whether you admit it or not.
