thats cool. yea the league age is sorta 18-late 20s, with a few older guys. If you are both at least 18, you probably won't feel too out of place, but most guys are probably college age or a few years past that. odds would be unlikely that you play on the same team, but if you have your heart set on being on the same team it may be possible. let the league know your situation on wanting to play together (really stress it as you are new to the league etc), but it isn't garaunteed. There might be a few teams that can take two guys, but the league doesn't like doing that as it isn't fair to the other 11 teams. at this point, the league could probably work something out for you. if you are free tonight you could come by and watch a little or see if a team needs a sub just to get a feel for it.
