Yeah, but you're talking about headphones. No matter what device you choose, upgrading the stock headphones will result in the single greatest improvement in sound quality, no question.
Kevman was talking about the difference in sound quality between devices, which is not only going to be negligible between devices, but also inconsequential given all the other variables that come into play when listening to portable audio.
