He's really suited for the Raider's man to man scheme and no team plays as much man coverage as the Raiders.

I understand you wanting to rationalize losing him if that happens, but the bolded statement is just goofy.

According to STATS LLC, Asomugha was targeted on just 33 pass attempts this season. He allowed 13 completions for 205 yards and no touchdowns.
Asomugha, a first-round pick (31st overall) in the 2003 NFL Draft, had eight interceptions in 2006, but only three since as opposiing teams usually avoided his side of the field

He missed 2 games this year. So in 14 games he gave up LESS THAN ONE COMPLETION against for 14 yards. That is simply...remarkable.
He isn't one of the best cover CB's in football...he is the best bar none. (with all due respect to revis)
The Packers have a recent history of going after former Raider CB's and it worked out awful well for them last time, so I suspect he will be seriously considered by TT and MM this off-season. Woodson will be 35 next year and this guy could easily slip in and assume that spot effortlessly and allow the Packers to continue to run their man-to-man heavy coverage for years to come with Tramon Williams and Sam Shields there as well.
