I'm trying to do an Email Merge advertisment in Word 2007, and it keeps compressing my images to nasty jpgs with all kinds of artifacting.
I can't for the life of me get it to stop compressing! I've tried
- compressing the image in Corel Paint Shop before moving inserting it
- compressing and splitting the image into three files before inserting in word
- Various file types from png to jpg to bmp (gif doesn't have enough colors and looks gross
- compressing right in word in the format tab
The image I am using is colorful... it is supposed to catch my customer's eye.
Does anyone know what I can do? Is there a way to disable the compression?? Can I find a perfect size that will
not compress?
It's just so much uglier with the artifacts.
