People like this are just too stupid to deserve a drivers license. Improvisation like this trumps any road law during extreme weather conditions. But some people are so scared of getting a ticket or something, that they'll endanger themselves and others instead of thinking logically and figuring out that no cop in the world would give you a ticket under certain circumstances. Like when you see someone driving on the piled up snow instead of in the ruts because the dotted line is in one of the ruts. Stupid moron. All the lanes are equidistant. Forget the stupid dotted line and stay in the ruts like all the other traffic.
