I should also add that there were several witnesses who did witness the incident and said that the man seemed to be complying completely. I don't know why several different people would say the same thing if it wasn't true. I can understand that we don't know exactly what was said to the officer, and neither do the witnesses. However, as pointed out earlier, that shouldn't matter. There is simply no justification for kicking that man in the face, especially considering the position he was in when he took the boot.
