If the victim is a scumbag and deserves a kick in the chops I hope it hurt.
If the victim is just a regular dude doing his job and got kicked in the face for nothing, I hope he gets a tidy payday
If the Cop is a good cop who lost control for the first time in his career, I hope he's not made an example of.
If the Cop is a loose cannon who's got a history of beating people up - he should fired so he can be a bouncer at club where his skills would be appreciated.
