Staying healthy is the biggest key. When you talk about losing 10 DB's to IR and missing the players they did on offense, health is easily the top priority. I don't get the Colts having little success of late in the draft. The 2009 draft outside of Donald Brown, was one of Polian's best in my mind. Collie, Powers, Moala, McAfee, Thomas all picked after the first round. It's still to early to call the 2010 draft class a bust, especially with the injury's this team has had but when you look at the entire Colts roster can you even name a single free agent?
