The worst part was that the job was my backup plan for the summer. By the time June rolled around and he finally told me all the good summer jobs were taken and i was SOL.
If i saw my boss now i wouldnt even give him the time of day.
IMO If an employer wants to be anal about every little thing an employee does than i will be equally anal about the amount of work i do. If they are pissed that i show up 5 mins late, i will never work late to better the company. You learn pretty fast where people's priorities lie.
If an employer is ok with flexible hours and would rather promote their employees to progress than they may find people excell more.
Most of the time by 22ish a person is exactly how they will be for the rest of their lives at least in the fundamentals of life.
