You would think but really, i didnt do anything wrong. In febuary he asked me not to do homework while at work which i had no problem with (i worked evenings and past 5 in the mall is dead quiet, the only thing to do is sit around and do homework) and i never did so at work again. Seriously we bought each other christmas gifts, went out for tea and coffee, talked and laughed about life, kids, houses etc. He was more of a friend than a boss in my eyes. Like i said i left for Cuba with him stating i would be full time when i came back, he TOLD ME that i would be full time. I worked a couple days before a left and when i got back... nothing.
The problem i had most of all, if you wanna fire me, fire me. But dont lead me on telling me you are going to give me shifts and whatnot, not telling me exactly what you are thinking. Not to mention he didnt even call me to tell me i was fired... i had to call him.
He was a terrible Boss plain and simple and ive seen many like him. Most employers dont treat their employees with respect anymore. Its a mutual thing. People just look out for themselves now a days.
