I'm going to side with Puckluck here. Not that he shouldn't have picked it up; but that other things with life could have gotten in the way. Weeks stretch into months; and then months into years.
My question for those so quick to judge; who here with a valid driver's license uses their passport for anything other than travel?
I'm not sure what PL was up to; but I know there have been times where I have been going to school full time and also working full time to support myself. Without a pressing need for that passport; I can see where picking it up falls down the list of priorities. Then next thing you know it's 2 years later.
