I really don't think you need to be told this but:
a) You filled out documents
b) Went through the annoyance of getting pictures taken with those crazy requirements that never seem to be met.
c) you sent in your original birth certificate
d) got them to produce a government ID with your picture
e) paid $100
f) Left that stuff all unclaimed, possibly to go missing and end up in somewhere you never want your ID to be.
Seems smart!
