Once you buy a voucher as a gift, they are fully transferable and you can give them to whoever you want. However, as stated in fine print, the vouchers are good for new clients only and each person is allowed to use a maximum of 2 vouchers each (4 sessions total).
Most of the businesses that offer these types of deals are usually taking a loss on the promo, but use it to market and promote their business and try to attract long term customers.
