when i first started p90x i could maybe get out 2 chin-ups... that's it... so i did what i could then used a chair to help do more
i never did p90, just p90x - and i love it!! looking forward to getting back at it next week (just too busy in december to workout)
the big thing with p90x is modify modify modify - make it work for you!! (you'll hear that a bunch of times on the dvd's)
when i first did p90x i was around 218lbs. after completing the program twice i was down to 180lbs! what can i say - it works! ....and i can now do a bunch of pull ups!
