I've not had great experiences with Michael's framing. They use .5 cm thick particle board to mount the jersey on (with thin velcro which in my case fell off the felt background) and then hold the board to the frame with thin metal folding clips. They frame them with the same shadow boxes they sell in the store which for the price they ask, are really cheap. I've bought 4 different sizes of the boxes for various things and have had clips break off of the frame the first time I open and close them.

There is a framing store in Northland Mall that I've heard good reviews about. Not sure what their pricing is though.
