Luckily for you and me, rarely do I find myself in this situation, because generally I am very aware of my surroundings when driving and will work to remove myself from those situations before they start. I think I've done it once in the last couple of years. It happened to be last week on Deerfoot in rush hour when some ass in a jacked up Dodge Ram took offense to the car and a half I left between me and the car in front of me, instead of the 3 feet he left between my bumper and his.

It is amazing how riding a motorcycle completely changes your view of driving...I'm sure any other riders on here would agree.
