The best is when the left lane is empty so you decide to move from the slow right lane, the suv in front of you decides to change into the left lane as well. You assume that they are going to speed up but no, they actually slow down to 10 below the limit.
I tailgated the person, probably the first time I've ever actually felt it was justified. The idiot behind me then decides to tailgate me for some reason, because obviously I'm the one holding up traffic...
