You know dude, I'm usually the first one to call Cheese out when I think he's being a jerk about religion, or being inconsistent on something, but I gotta say, you're way off base on this one.

Just because you don't believe in a god doesn't mean you can't feel compassion towards animals. Cheese is an athiest, but does that mean he thinks it's okay to kill people? Of course not, and I'd be willing to bet you wouldn't call him out on that. Why is it different if he extends that belief to other animals?

Religion is not a requirement for morality.
