I believe Buffalo hot wings are half butter half hot sauce. I made some wings the other week, added some Frank's, a little Hy's Teryaki sauce, a bit of Worchestershire, and some Tabasco. They were pretty tasty and coated wings nicely. Another thing I like is popcorn seasoning, either white cheddar or dill pickle. If you put it on the wings when they come out of the deep fryer they kinda carmalize..
