My personal recipe is a killer hot wing sauce that is a blend of sweet peppers, jalapenos, tobasco and Louisiana hot sauces. The wings are rubbed with cayenne and paprika before being deep fried and then tossed in the sauce. You can also serve the sauce on the side for those who don't like the heat. If you have it available, substitute Cholula for the Louisiana hot sauce. Better flavor but still brings the heat.
