I have never been impressed with him until this year, he has never stood out in any jr games I watched. I'm guessing he might be one of those players that you have to see more often. I feel that sometimes the real gems are the players that just keep getting better. A great example is Chris Stewart, another late first round point+ per game junior player, big, good hands. We can all hope that the comparison continues for three years (minus the current injury).

I have to say though, that agree the pigeon-holing of players is often not really helpful. Instead we should hope that at least 2-4 players of the Nemisz, Wahl, House, Erixon, Brodie, Reinhart and others make the jump to NHL top6/top4 and 2 of them are impact players.
