I have actually been going to the same one for 20 years. I started to see him just as he was fresh out of school. I actually like him quite a lot....but...A couple years ago he went on vacation. He had a guy in to take his place. Right away this guy tried some different techniques for a chronically bad spot of my back. They worked great and my back had actually felt better than it had for years. I was so impressed with him. My usual chiro always has the same routine every time I go, and like I say I get minimal relief. So I ask him about the guy that took his place if he had a practice somewhere and it was almost like he suggested that he just floated in from thin air and vanished...in other words if he did have a practice, he wasn't telling me about it. So I asked if he'd at least try a few of the things the other guy did. He was hesitant so that it is when I began to lose interest.
I don't mind several repeat visits and will pay whatever it takes if i feel I'm getting the relief I should, but that hasnt been the case the last few years.
