Yeah anyone who moved away from TELUS wont get any money, as it would cost too much and the logistics of tracking down people to hand out amounts around 15-50 dollars wouldn't be worth it
This was a CRTC mandated collection of moneys, this wasn't initiated by Bell or Telus
