Not really a proper spoiler as Bioware told that from the start when they marketed the game.
Check out the ending where everyone dies, with only Joker left. Both a little funny and kind of cool. I doubt you can play him in ME3 though. Perhaps the fellow in the new teaser is the alternate.

I've heard that ME3 doesn't allow every possible ME2 ending. If I had to guess, you probably can't continue a game in which Tali dies.
