The Joker is in it, Mark Hamill has said that this will be his last appearance of the Joker. To what extent he is in has not been revealed yet, but I will assume a "medium" role. Won't be the main villain, but might be like a side-quest kind of villain like the Riddler was in Arkham Asylum.
