I guess if one has gotten used to the price being much lower. What is the total actual cost of University there?
For example, if the total sum cost has been actually $50K per year and everybody got used to a $5K price ($45 being picked up by the government/tax payer.) It's still $50K now, but students are being asked to pay $15K now because there simply isn't enough money to go around. $5K to $15K would suck to adjust to - but where exactly should the difference magically come from instead?
