If they're accepting them and then throwing them out - yes. (according to some reports this is what's happening at the salvation army with these toys)
If they're turning them down or giving them to other charities to distribute - no. (according to other reports, this is what's happening at the salvation army)
I would however blame them if they outright refused to work with or for non-jews, homosexuals, black people, women or whatever other group someone might want to discriminate against.
