Well we're in a time in the world where everyone wants their freedoms backed by the law. Christian preists shouldn't have to preform marriage ceremonies for gay people either.
At some point when one freedom overlaps another, you've just got to do your best to make concessions or go your seperate ways. I don't know why a homosexual would want to work for a charity that is against homosexual acts in the first place. There are choices out there. What motivates them to go straight to the place where they will get rejected or meet opposition?
