As far as Cassell goes- he hasn't been that great. Orton has been consistent however, and is highly underrated. Maybe it's because Denver has no running game, but Orton has a hell of an arm. You're probably right, McD had some influence on him.
McD is just too young and immature. He acts like a 14 year old on the sidelines. Denver's BIGGEST mistake was letting Shanny go. That was the dumbest move football has seen in a long time. Let's just hope for Bill C next year.

He has been terrific for them. 23 Td's (5th in the NFL) 4 INT's (best among starters of every game thus far along with Brady) and as important he isnt getting sacked a lot...thats good stuff.
he has a great running game to help him so he doesnt have to throw as much as others do, but he is doing what he is being asked very well.
