Your advice wasn't to check all his options, it was to go to High River. Don't you know I can just click back and see what you said? Are you trying to trick me into thinking you laid out a bunch of intelligent options for him? Because you haven't offered anything remotely close to a good idea in this entire thread.
As for the "he's already done that"...he posted he had done that after my suggestion was made. Just look at the times of the posts.
