Does anyone know how to create a chart with the following info?

I have a list of different times that a report is triggered during the day. I want to create a chart (scatter?) that gives a visual view over each day of the week when the reports are created.

So along the X axis it would list the 7 days of the week and along the Y axis it would have the 24 hours of the day. Then each time a report is generated would be a pinpoint on the chart by day (X) and time (Y).

I hope this makes sense and is even possible.
