Not a shock the edict came from Peshawar, a city in Pakistans tribal toilet. The whole northern frontier area bordering Afghanistan is full of these insane religious fanatics. Its almost to the point they should carpet bomb the entire area with B-52s. Even if you use precision ordinance to kill off the crazy militants, their kids will eventually grow up to be just as nuts.
