I noticed that after I started using chrome, my RAM usage was going up. I think this might be a different problem though. I have 8 GIG of RAM. I just reformatted my computer a few days ago. When I go to my resource manager, it says I have

902MB in use
129MB modified
905MB standby
1391MB Free

4865MB Hardware Reserved

Is my system able to use all of the 8 GIGs if it had to? My computer seems a lot slower than normal.
