My easiest A had to have been the first year engineering design course. All you had to do was show up and do a drawing every other week. Sadly I don't know if that class is offered to anyone outside of engineering.

They now have a new design class (ENGG200) which I think is a combination of 251 and 253. There are probably 30 people still going to the lectures out of the 100 or so at the start and the labs are just project design and management. Right now I should be sitting at full marks for everything which combined with a final worth 25% will make it an easy A. Though it might just be my TA that hasn't really been marking anything, just giving full marks if you do everything and the project works. Not sure what the final is on but the prof is going to go over it in the last lecture. Apparently it's going to be a drawing final.
