It all depends on the cost to acquire. If it's a couple bullpen arms, then by all means go for it even if the jays have only a couple right now.

The difference between the best and worst bullpen in the league is about 1 win per year, which is basically irrelevant. Most of the best relievers WAR is less that 1. If Reynolds WAR is greater than one (not sure if it is), then go for it.

Worse case scenario is you convert a couple of your fringe starters like Litsch and Zep into relievers and put them in as the 7th and 8th inning guys if necessary.
