Simply put, casual gamers are looked upon and treated like trash. If you can enjoy the soloing stuff, stick with it. As for Raids, BGs and Dungeons......if you aren't tweaked out like a hardcore player, you can almost be guaranteed to take a mountain of abuse.

I always really, really liked WoW. It's the best MMO ever, Blizzard took excellent care of me as a customer, and the game's playability is amazing. Unfortunately, the general community is pretty much the biggest group of losers and a-holes on the planet today (I'm pretty sure they're all Canucks fans).

I finally re-subbed and played WotLK for a month......it was all the community exposure I needed to decide I won't be pursuing Cataclysm. Too bad, looks like awesome content.
