No, Dunning-Kruger would suggest that an increased awareness of the potential for cognitive bias and errors in metacognition would make you more likely to underestimate competency since you realize you are likely to experience the phenomenon.

It's also possible this thread is comprised solely of exceptional people with exceptional driving talent. Heck one of you could be Jackie Stewart for all I know.
