SABRES BEAT LEAFS 4-3 AGAIN
Teams to meet for 3rd time in 4 days on Saturday

While the Sabres played better against the Leafs than they did last night, this time the game result was actually closer as the team did not pull out the win until overtime. For the second straight game Kip Miller and Vinny Prospal were amongst the scoring leaders for Buffalo as the top 2 lines stayed the same, Fedotenko-Prospal-Palffy and Morrow-Gomez-Miller. The bottom 2 lines were shuffled and will likely continue to be so as the team looks to develop chemistry throughout the roster.

The Sabres continue a tough schedule, eventually reaching 6 games in 6 nights. They face the always solid Rangers tomorrow, the Leafs again Saturday, the Hurricanes Sunday and the Nords on Monday. It will be interesting to see where Buffalo is after that stretch.

SABRE RATTLES

Ziggy Palffy extended his scoring streak to 10 games. Brendan Morrow beat up young punk Joni Pitkanen early in the contest. Rochester beat the baby leafs in a high scoring game.
