I have a ps3- mainly chose it because it has a blu-ray as well as the gaming capabilities. If you have two HDTVs then maybe you'd be more likely to chose ps3 so you can watch blu-ray on either TV, but if you have only one, then that's out.

As others have said- it comes down to preference. Which controller do you like, which menus do you like, and if there is that ONE GAME you can't live without, then go for it.

At the same time, as a ps3 guy, if I want to play Halo I'll go to my friend's place.
