I'd go with the T2i. With all the extras being tossed in on that deal, it's pretty tough to beat especially if his price is negotiable.

That said, they're both excellent cameras. These days if you go with either Nikon or Canon dSLRs you really can't go wrong. There's only personal preference. If you haven't shot too much with either system you probably don't have too much of a preference and will adapt to whichever brand your first camera is.
