Well I believe in Karma so this will work its way out eventually. I'm also a full time student so I really cant turn down hours either.
But even if I had family down here I wouldn't probably go over for Thanksgiving. We aren't a tight family and I really don't like most of my biological fathers side of the family.
I will always remember what my mum told me. " Allow others who enjoy being around their loved ones be with loved ones." So here is my gift to them!
