Thought I would ask the photo buffs in here. What are your thoughts on these 2 cameras?

I can get either the D90 with 15-105vr kit lens, with case and Hoya 67mm uv filter for around $750 or

I can get the Rebel T2i for the same price with some extras as per the ad here.

I am looking at taking pictures of family (kids playing sports) I don't care about teh full HD aspect of the T2i as I feel 720 is enough.

Opinions are appreciated
