Lol, 2 things.
1. The guy you're 'agreeing' with thinks that natives being paid out for suffering under the residential program are 'bloody leeches'. If you do as well, then I guess you're peas in a pod.
2. I'll hazard a guess and suggest that his comment was made because of the circumstances and context here. He thinks spending tax dollars on native settlement is a waste of money. He also goes on to talk about what he'd like to see changed on his tax form... so... he's not exactly preaching an anti-tax manifesto here.
I don't infer that he believes, by default, that all taxes collected at all times is organized theft. Of course, he could come out and agree with you. But I doubt he, or anyone else will, given the inflexibility and straight out impracticality of your philosophical theory.
Until you realize that anarcho-capitalism is a fantasy that has little/no impact on North American/European 'reality', we'll continue to butt heads on these issues. Not that I mind, of course.
