Has anybody had the problem of trying to upgrade to the OS 5.0 but can't because it says you don't have enough memory on the Blackberry?

I've read some online forums that Blackberry has and can't find an answer.

I tried calling but then realized they charge for their Tech Support which honestly is absolutely ridiculous. I had no idea Blackberry was so brutal with their Customer Support.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated. I didn't put this in the Blackberry specific thread because it seems to be talking more about new products than anything.
